Question: Can somebody please help me fix this problem with my bf?
My bf and I have been together for a year now. Hes a sweet guy and has done so much for me this past year by helping me overcome an abusive ex. The problem? His “friends”. Once in a while we get into a fight, what couple doesn’t? and his friends have witnessed a few. They all hate me and keep telling him to dump me and say I’m a b**ch. His friends don’t know me that well and all they go by is rumors that I’m a psycho. my ex tells people that I went crazy which is FAR from the truth, and the arguments that my bf and I have had. My boyfriend tells me that hes told them all to shut up and gets mad when they say things and yet he still hangs out with these people and they STILL continue to badmouth behind my back to him. I want my bf to have his guy time because every guy needs that, but this group is horrible. They refuse to have me included on parties or other big events and if I come around plans “suddenly” change and they dont want me OR my bf around. I’m stuck. What do I do with him?

Aww this is awful. I have been in a similiar situation my ex’s friends hated me but the feeling was mutual. Your best thing to do is maybe try to initiate conversation with these guys and try to get on with them for the sake of your boyfriend and atleast you can say you tried. If that still ends up them “hating” you then you will either have to live with the fact they are just a bad bunch (because this does happen and the males tend to stick together lol) or you will have to speak to your boyfriend and make sure they will not be around when you are there. Its quite sad if you need to resort to that but some people are just nasty and dont give people a chance. You be the better person

Question: What do you think of our plan to help my friends with a love dilemma?
So, it’s kind of a long and weird story. It started today at school when a classmate of mine named Alicia told the whole class that my friend Jenny likes a boy in our class named Jason. She thought it was a rumour, but it turned out to be true and now the whole grade knows! The worst part is that our teacher (who isn’t very nice) knows about this. We don’t know if Jason likes Jenny, so we don’t know what his reaction will be. My friends and I feel really bad for Jenny and we want to get people to forget about it.
OUR PLAN: “Create” (which means fake) another big event to distract people from Jenny’s crush causing her minimal embarrassment. We though we should do something like get a guy to ask out one of the other girls or spread that someone likes someone etc.
If you don’t agree with our plan, please let me know what you think we should do. Thanks in advance!

i would recomend to not do that plan since it will end up causing more embarrassment for your friend or the other people involved…just forget about it and move on with your life….its not the end of the world if people know who you like….if your dating someone everyone will know it…its the same thing…you two will be fine
Question: Bffs giving me relationship probs & I’m not even in 1. Help?
When it comes to liking guys, I get real quiet. I’m always on the look of protecting my bffs from getting hurt so I get emotionally complicated when it comes to my own crushes. I’ve only ever crush on 4 guys in my life. I’ve dated 2 and still crushing on 2.
So I like this guy whose been my bff for 3 2/3 yrs. 1 of my bffs and my closest cousin keeps on bugging me about telling him how I feel & go out with him. Then keep on try to “plan” our future wedding. GOSH! pressure much! That only makes me put more distance between me & him, cuz I feel like he’ll find out that I like him!
My other crush, is this guy whose bff with 1 of my bffs “frienemies”. He’s completely my type, but since everyone keeps on trying to convince him we should be together I act like I’m disgusted by the thot of us together! No1 even knows I like him but 1 of my bffs! He’s just soo cute, nice, funny & we have so much in common! Man, I felt soo happy inside when one day my bff & I were just hanging around by this fountain & I felt his eyes on me, then after a few mins my bff said “Man, he was starring at u! 
” But cuz of my emotinal probs I’ll probly nvr date either of these guys. HELP ME!!

Alright, so my friends with benefits was really drunk the other night while I was sober and he kept saying things like “You are cute, you are so cute.You have such gorgeous blue eyes. You smell good. You know, you are just you, I lovvvvee you.” lol. Then the next day when I said he was acting funny he was like “yeah, I don’t know you’re just always.. there.”
What does he see me as? We have sex all the time but we also hang out all day. By recent FWB, I mean we weren’t friends beforehand. I guess, I’m sort of hinting at.. does he like me as possible gf material or just fwb? He has taken me out to eat and paid for me twice. He always texts me.
I am fine for the time being and there’s no need to rush so I don’t want to bring anything up. I know he likes me, but can it extend? He knows I’m not easy and he appears to be a smart, down to earth guy as well. He doesn’t just text me about sex or when he wants to have sex either. He’ll ask to hang out–like go sledding for example. This is a bit vulgar–but when he was drunk he said “you’re too tight for my __ but I still like you” so I felt like he was saying, the sex isn’t always great but I still like you. I also noticed on fb that he wrote on his friend’s 21st birthday event’s wall and said “sorry man, I already have Valentine’s Day plans.” Is it safe to assume he’s planning on doing something with me?

Mon: Run 1 mile in the morning. Kickboxing for 45 minutes in the afternoon.
Tues:Cardio at gym
Wed:Mon: Run 1 mile in the morning. Kickboxing for 45 minutes in the afternoon.
Thu: cardio at the Gym
Fri: Cardio for an hour
Sat: Weight Training
Sun: Rest!
Food plan: 1500 calories only of healthy food. no soda, chips, candy etc.!

Question: Extremely nervous for maternity photo shoot… HELP!?
Alright, well I’m 32 weeks pregnant with my little man Cruze Hunter … and I’ve been asked to be in a professional photographers “rocking the bump” photo session. She’s never done this, as she’s more into wedding, newborn, and engagement sessions, so I’m going to be the main model portrayed on her website – and I can’t help being so, so nervous! I’ve already gotten over the 30 lb weight gain, and I’m not self conscious about my body, (well I shouldn’t say that, I have a little more flab on my arms then normal, but the outfit I’ll be wearing has got my back with that situation haha), but I’m really nervous about my smile. I feel like it’s either going to be too fake, or not enough… I know I obviously won’t be smiling the whole time but with all faces I’m scared I’m going to have that stone statue texture. I’m 18, and a pretty woman – but it’s the facial expressions that are blowing my mind and making me nervous… Anyone know how to make these special pictures completely beautiful, without me looking like a nervous dummy… thanks

The photographer or someone you take with should be talking to make you laugh or smile and it would be awesome if the baby kicked while it was happening that way it would be super natural!

Question: Need some help on model release form…?
I have a friend who invited a “professional” photograher to his wedding as a guest. The photographer took some pictures of the couple and posted the work on her website. When my friend asked for a copy of the pictures the photographer refused to give them a copy, saying that those are copyrigted work.
Quote from the photographer:
“there is no work for hire agreement btw you and me, so i have no obligation to give away my copyright work. So, it’s really up to what I feel like doing.”
What should my friend do??

If the photographer is selling them, she did not get a release so she probably can’t sell them.
At the wedding the people had no expectation of privacy, so there isn’t much you can do.
You can probably get the photos taken off the website but that would be a legal matter.
As long as no agreement was made before the photos were taken, the photographer is under no legal obligation to give or sell the photos to your friend. Any person in the photos, given no release was signed, can legally request the photos not be diplayed or sold and the photographer must comply.
I think the underlying issue is deeper though and that if you get to the root of the issue that you will get the pictures and or the issue will be resolved better. This is a person that was a friend that was invited to a wedding. Maybe she feels slighted that she wasn’t asked to do the photography. Or maybe there was some other misunderstanding or some unhappiness that she feels. I would try to have some nonconfrontational meeting with her over coffee at non threatening place and see what’s up. Maybe it is something you can resolve.
